Residue-level feature explorer残基级特征浏览器
A synthetic residue sequence with two "SAE features". Scrub along the sequence to inspect per-position activation — the same view used in SAE-DISTILL analysis.一条合成残基序列,两个“SAE 特征”。沿序列滑动可以看到每个位置的激活,视角和 SAE-DISTILL 分析里用的一样。

What to notice观察重点 Cluster geometry can be explored here, but synthetic coordinates are not evidence about a trained model.这里可以观察聚类几何,但合成坐标不能作为真实模型的证据。
Structured-null stress test结构化零假设压力测试
A conceptual comparison of an observed synthetic signal, a naive global shuffle, and a structure-preserving null. Adjust the block dependence to inspect what each null retains.对比合成观测信号、朴素全局打乱和保留结构的零假设。调整区块依赖强度,就能看出每种零假设保留了什么。

What to notice观察重点

The three-stage view the home page plays on scroll, stopped so it can be examined. Scrub to fold a synthetic residue chain and then dissolve it into an embedding. The backbone trace is drawn only while the fold is on show, because chain order is exactly what the last stage discards.首页滚动时播放的三阶段视图,这里把它停下来,方便细看。拖动滑块可以把一条合成残基链折叠起来,再把它溶解成嵌入。主链轨迹只在折叠这一段画出来:链的顺序正是最后一个阶段要丢掉的东西。

Interactive canvas is unavailable. The three stages are: a residue chain in sequence order; the same chain folded into contacts; and a latent embedding where grouping replaces order.当前无法使用交互式 Canvas。三个阶段分别是:按序列顺序排列的残基链、形成接触的折叠结构,以及以分组取代顺序的潜空间嵌入。
